TOILETRIES GO BAG

This has been a really lame dream of mine, but I finally got around/accomplished it… a toiletries go bag!! I have traveled a bit more this year than I have in the past, but have generally dreaded it as it sucks to pack and I am constantly anxious about forgetting things… So this year, I bought this extremely convenient toiletries bag, that I have packed with all travel size products of my skincare, haircare, makeup, etc. So now every time I pack, all I have to worry about is clothing and one-off products/tools! All toiletries are there and good to go! The best part of this bag is the organization and built in hanger that allows easy access to all my products without having to do the dreaded counter top dump and then re-pack!

PLATFORM HEELS

Platforms have blown up this year, and I am not complaining! Despite their extreme appearance, I find this version of heel a whole lot more comfortable than my typical stiletto or even kitten mule! I wore the shoes you see below for an entire night of standing and dancing and felt completely comfortable! Or at least as comfortable as heels can be… The block heel felt extremely sturdy and easy to walk in, and the platform decreased the heel to toe height to include by about 2 inches, saving the ball of my foot loads of pain from extensive standing!

WALLET CELL CASE

Going along with my lazy packing theme, I got onto the “wallet phone case” this year… What started as just a means of protecting my phone after breaking my case, I grabbed an old case of my Dad’s to use until I got myself a new case. However I quickly discovered how fantastic the CONVENIENCE of this case was! Working in handbag sales has opened the dangerous door of switching out my purse with every outfit which has resulted in the misplacement of my wallet and/or ID a few times in the last year lol… With this case, its’s truly a one and done situation and I never have to check to make sure I have my phone, credit cards, and ID every time I walk out the door, because the 3 are ALWAYS together! On top of this, it’s nice for those outings you don’t want to have to worry about carrying a bag! It all fits in the back pocket of your jeans! (is this what it’s been like for men all these years??)
